Membership Dues Schedule

DUES ARE ASSESSED AND PAYABLE IN FULL EFFECTIVE APRIL 1 FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING THE FOLLOWING MARCH 31.  Dues may be paid in full at the beginning of the fiscal year or according to the schedule shown below as a convenience for the members.

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION 

Definition of Corporate Entity
Must be bonafide company, in business for two years.
Ownership
One share of Class A Stock in company name.
One designate may vote and hold office. Corporation will be held responsible for all dues and expenditures. If company disbands, membership will cease.
Designates
Corporation appoints designees.
Designee must be an owner, director, officer, or employee of the corporation. Board/Membership Committee approval of all designates and replacements. Minimum of two to establish and maintain; maximum of four designates.
Membership
Membership is property of the company. Full privileges by membership category. Same rights as regular member, includes family. Designee selects the membership program and pays dues accordingly.
Transferability
Corporate sponsored members may be transferred within the corporation for a fee of $250.
