Dining at Summit Hills offers pleasant areas all of which are very popular with member families, both young and senior alike. Our culinary team offers a variety of options ranging from fine dining to grab-n-go tavern bites. You’ll always find a spot to satisfy your appetite and match your mood. Our recently renovated Summit Room serves as a "19th Hole" for our outstanding golf course, with a view of the 18th green and a place to watch your favorite sporting events in a casual bar/pub atmosphere for adults.

Formal Dining
The perfect place for your perfect event! Our formal dining room offers an unparalleled view of our #1 fairway and will accommodate up to 300 guests. Guests may choose an outdoor venue for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres followed by dinner in the formal dining room. We offer custom designed menus to excite every palate. Our culinary team will create any menu from a classic buffet style presentation, an elegant plated dinner, or a modern hors d’oeuvres option.
